Payment Terms and Conditions

All services are payable within 30 days of the issued invoice.

Invoices will be issued on the date of delivery, unless there is a value of £10k or greater where invoices will be payable in two stages; 50% on commissioning and the remaining 50% on the first day of delivery.

Any fees outstanding beyond agreed terms are subject to a late payment interest charge of 2.5% above the Bank of England base lending rate, prevailing at the end of each month that such debt is outstanding.

NWE will not undertake work without receipt of a purchase order confirming the commission and value.

All cancellations or postponements by the customer or NWE must be given in writing (email is acceptable) 30 calendar days before the start of the course.

Cancellation Procedure

By Us: In the unlikely event that North West Employers should cancel a course less than four weeks before the due date then we endeavour to reimburse your organisation with any reasonable costs you actually incurred e.g. lunches booked and paid for.

By You: Should you cancel a course less than four weeks before the due date then North West Employers reserves the right to charge the full fee for the course.
