Strength Based Leadership Programme – Blackburn with Darwen Council
“The course has helped to create strong interdepartmental relationships, which has had significant benefit. There is a better appreciation for the pressures and challenges each of us face in our varied roles. The learning taken from peers has already helped to identify solutions to situations with a much clearer focus and increased confidence. (definitely would not have typed a response like this and shared with a group prior to the course). Thank you to everyone for making it a pleasant experience.”
