ODPE is a unique programme that supports leaders and practitioners who want to help their organisations. grow, evolve and thrive in a challenging world. The outcome we are looking for from this programme is to support capable, confident and credible leaders who become the “go to” people internally. We have adapted the programme to support those of us who are likely to be in charge of or delivering restructure or organisational redesign.

More and more organisations are now using Unconscious Bias training as a solution-based intervention to support cultural change. This training helps disrupt thinking and supports people to explore techniques and behaviours that facilitate the dismantling of assumptions and embrace an asset based approach to inclusive leadership.

We work in partnership with the Academy of Leadership and Management to provide accredited ILM Coaching and Mentoring
programmes ranging from Levels 3 – 7.
Non-Accredited Coaching Development
We understand that not everyone wants, or needs to be, an accredited Coach.
Our Coaching Supervision service creates a safe environment for the coach to share their successes and failures in becoming masterful in the way they work with their clients.
