The North West Collaborative is a partnership of 5 health and care provider support organisations
The North West Masterclass Collaborative brings together a collective of regional partners including the NHS North West Leadership Academy, Advancing Quality Alliance (Aqua), North West Employers (NWE), Health Innovation North West Coast, the NHS Clinical Leaders Network, and the Mersey Internal Audit Association. United by a shared commitment to improving public service leadership and organisational capability, the collaboration combines each partner’s unique expertise to deliver high‑quality, cross‑sector learning.
Through innovative thinking, expert speakers, and a focus on system-wide challenges, the Collaborative provides an important platform for knowledge exchange between colleagues across health, local government, and wider public services.
The Collaborative Masterclass brings together professionals, and practitioners from across the region enabling them to explore fresh approaches to partnership working, system leadership, raising subject specific knowledge and collaborative practice, while creating a space to build connections, share insights, and strengthen collective capability across North West organisations.
