Regional Workforce Strategy

Workforce challenges are an ongoing cause for concern for Councils in the North West. Whilst there is plenty of individual anecdotal information around the current issues, there is no common understanding or collective narrative of the local government workforce in the North West. This is where North West Employers can help. We have developed a NW Regional Workforce Strategy that sets out three strategic priorities and ten themes that will be implemented over the next 3 years.
