InfiniStats is a secure and intelligent data repository accelerating accurate data collection, benchmarking and reporting and is designed specifically for the needs of local government. It is now used by over 200 councils in England.

InfiniStats encourages councils to make evidence-based decisions on resources in a time where councils continue to face recruitment and retention difficulties in a challenging financial environment.

HR Benchmarking Club

In addition to the core metrics, the system can be used to produce meaningful reports about your own organisation and workforce. With surveys including Pay and Terms & Conditions  and reports on Gender Pay Gap and the DfE’s annual CSW census use data from Gov.uk. Generate benchmarking reports and add your own commentary without the need to enter your data.
