Programme Content
The fee includes all materials, assessments of competence, and affirmation of competence with the BPS as appropriate. The course covers the process of training in the administration and use of tests of ability, aptitude and reasoning for use in the selection and development of people at work. Training is given in providing oral and written feedback on the results of tests of ability. Successful delegates are able to register their competence on the BPS Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) for a registration fee. Registrants get free access to BPS test reviews – this is quite a valuable resource for people looking to decide upon what tests to employ in selection or development work. The reviews are written by independent CPsychols.
