Level 6 Service Improvement & Transformation Leader
Designed for senior managers leading transformation activity, this programme helps organisations build internal expertise in service redesign, organisational improvement and transformational leadership.
Underpinned by L6 Service Designer apprenticeship and ILM Level 7 Certificate Strategic Leadership & Management, this qualification will deliver Local Authorities, Arm’s Length Organisations and NHS Trusts with the capability to redesign services around user/resident needs while improving efficiency, accessibility and organisational resilience.
The programme will support learners to develop leadership, coaching and practical transformation skills that can be applied immediately to live service challenges, helping public bodies to deliver sustainable improvement with measurable public value.
