It also outlines practical considerations for scaling adoption responsibly and highlights areas where sector-wide collaboration and government support are needed.
It’s a helpful, evidence‑based snapshot of where the sector is now and what to consider next, particularly as interest and experimentation with AI continue to grow across councils.
