We are working in partnership with Manchester Stress Institute to offer you a 4 Week 1:1 Private Coaching Programme to improve performance and recovery of staff when working under pressure.

It is a transformative 4-week coaching journey designed to improve resilience, boost mental health, and reduce burnout. Through expert-led private consultations, personalized nutrition, and advanced resilience strategies, participants will reset their wellbeing, enhance focus, and build lasting energy for performance under pressure.

Programme Objectives

By the end of the 4-week course, participants will:

  • Strengthen physical and emotional resilience

  • Reduce stress and prevent burnout

  • Improve energy, mood, and sleep quality

  • Enhance concentration, memory, and productivity

  • Build sustainable wellbeing habits for long-term success

Programme Content

1. Coaching Sessions (45 minutes) – each individual receives

  • 3 x Private consultations with nutritionist Jeannette Jackson
  • 1 x Private consultation with resilience coach Tim Felton

2. Kickstarter Wellbeing Kit

Each participant receives a 14-day supplement plan to support:
