We are looking for a unique, talented and highly motivated individual to join our energetic team committed to supporting our member organisations and their partners navigate and thrive during these changing and challenging times across the public sector.
We get excited about what the future public sector workforce will look like and we need to continue to develop and offer consultancy and learning opportunities to strengthen and support the development of individuals, organisations and systems.
We only exist to support local authorities and their partners to improve the lives and future prospects of everyone in the North West, and need someone who is flexible, creative and curious about public services, organisations’ systems and most importantly people.
As part of our small management team you will lead our commercial activities, including having the responsibility for business development and income generation activity. With the Commercial team you will drive business growth including developing new markets and development services resulting in overall growth for North West Employers in terms of commercial activity. In addition, the current portfolio includes responsibility for a range of leadership and skills development and tailored consultancy services giving you the opportunity to use your excellent development and facilitation skills.
