Head of Service Delivery

We don’t stand still here at North West Employers. We’re looking for a dynamic Head of Service Delivery to join our new Management Team and be part of something exciting.

If you are passionate about understanding and exceeding customer expectations and are an experienced programme manager, ideally in a commercial consultancy/learning and development setting, then we’d love to talk to you.

You’ll be accountable for developing and delivering high quality, services and solutions across all of our business areas including membership services, HR Employment services, Leadership Development and Assessment Centres.

You’ll have great interpersonal skills to be able to connect with clients, our associates and our internal team. We’re an ambitious organisation and this is a key role in bringing a “can do” attitude and your creative ideas for efficient and effective systems to measure our customer satisfaction and continuously improve our business.

Salary from: £30,756.00

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Full time
