What is Management Essentials

Management Essentials is a modular suite of online learning in bite sized chunks. These can be done as individual module paced learning or as a complimentary package.

At North West Employers we believe there is the golden thread in great management which is why we offer our Management Essentials Programme.

The pandemic has shifted much of how we work today and continue to work in the future, the role of the manager has evolved and adapted, your teams equally have had to up-root how they physically work and how they interact with their peers and management.

The objective of this programme is to allow delegates to pick and mix modules that will help them to grow as a team leader but also to develop successful teams. This modular approach can complement management teams to fill learning and development needs and gaps in their leadership enhancement.

Most of the modules are 2 hour online interactive sessions with groups of around 10-12 delegates and led by experts in each of the module fields by our professional facilitators. We have produced these modules based on member feedback and insights and continue to evolve as does our business landscape. We can deliver as off the shelf modules, or tailor bespoke modules to your individual needs or organisation.

This programme will give you the practical ‘know-how’, insights, tools and confidence to tackle challenges such as:

  • Confident and successful remote team management
  • Strengthening team dynamics and driving individual performance
  • Recruiting and selecting great teams

Programme Content

Unlike other platforms this programme is modular and allow the pick n mix of topics to compliment gaps or learning.

The first bundle to be launched by North West Employers is our Smart Working bundle which is really focussing on the current climate and shift towards permanent blended working and how we manage ourselves and others in this space.

You have the option to purchase each of these modules individually, each module is a virtual delivery for 2hrs delivered by a specialist facilitator, or you can buy the bundle at our membership prices and run over several days/weeks to suit your business needs.
