Brand new for 2024, North West Employers are working with The Manchester Stress Institute to launch our Health and Wellbeing Programme. Not only is the programme aimed at HR and managers, but we also believe the content is relevant to all colleagues. The programme includes some key topics, such as Domestic Abuse, Menopause, LGBTQ+ Communities, Resilience, Mental Health and Healthy Eating.

The courses are all virtual and although they form a complete package, a pick and mix approach can be taken or they can be attended as a standalone course. There will be a number of different presenters, who will provide a different perspective on each of the topics, such as barristers and media experts. A selection of the courses will take a ‘Train the Trainer’ approach, aiming to allow delegates to relay back to their organisation what they have learnt to spread awareness and educate others. We understand that a healthy workforce, is a more productive workforce and raising awareness of such issues is fundamental.

The course consists of the following sessions:

Domestic Abuse for Managers – An Introduction
Menopause – Train The Trainer
Menopause for Managers with 1-2-1 Private Session
Menopause At Work LGBTQ+
Train The Trainer Resilience & Mental Health
Domestic Abuse Accredited by MSI
Train The Trainer Menopause Champions
Domestic Abuse Law LGBTQ+
Train The Trainer Healthy Eating on a Budget
