If you’re a Chair, Non-Executive Director, Lay Member or Elected Member in a board level role we hope you will join us and contribute to the discussions.

The NHS North West Leadership Academy and North West Employers are committed to working collaboratively to support board level leaders from across the health and social care system.

Responding to feedback from Chairs, Non-Executive Directors, Lay Members and Elected Members in the North West, we are delighted to invite you to the first in a series of local networking events.

These will be informal events, designed to allow time for individuals to come together with colleagues. You will also have the opportunity to build new relationships and gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities of working across organisational boundaries.

The first of these will explore system leadership behaviours and we look forward to working with you to establish the focus of future events so that they will be of most value to you.

The sessions have been planned on a geographical basis but please feel free to book onto any date that works for you.
