Domestic abuse affects staff of all genders, sexual orientations, races, religions and those with disabilities and research shows that up to 75 per cent of employed victims are harassed by their abusers while at work.

All employees who experience abuse should be supported by their organisation and employers have a duty of care and health and safety laws to ensure staff work in a safe environment where risks to health and well-being are considered and dealt with efficiently.

  • Sign posting and domestic abuse policies

This course is designed for HR managers, line managers, supervisors, champions and staff.
