Building on the success of last year’s annual conference, North West Employers held another conference in March this year, inviting our members to join us in coming together to celebrate all that’s good around HR, Talent and Workforce in the North West.
We had a real focus on re-imagining the future of work, and had a great mix of input and thinking space to bring colleagues together, stimulate ideas and discussion about how we take our organisations forward, with a shot of positive psychology in the afternoon – making sure we’re in a good place to be our best selves and make all of this happen!
We had a great turnout. For those of you that were able to join us, we hope that you enjoyed the day to take advantage of the opportunity to connect, reflect & energise!

Our 2024 Annual Conference has been booked for Thursday 7th March 2024 and again is being held at the beautiful Farington Lodge, Farington, Preston which was a great location this year.
