Our new online 360 tool provides detailed feedback from invited peers, residents, partners, leaders and self.

At the end of the process a confidential electronic report is produced, purely for your own use and development.

To maximise the report’s value, a meeting between each councillor and a trained facilitator then takes place to explain and digest the information. On completion of the meeting a personal action plan is produced.
