Under the terms of the JNC agreement for Chief Executives, it is an obligation for both a Chief Executive and the employing council to engage in a regular process of appraisal. Having the opportunity to reflect on your achievements and get feedback on how you’re performing is important for everyone and we want to make sure that your Chief Executive has this opportunity, as well as the chance to discuss their future focus and priorities.
Working with the Leader and Chief Executive, we’ll guide you through the whole process, from preparation to the appraisal discussion and review stage; providing independent and confidential support.
