Working across a range of portfolios including leadership, continuous improvement, engagement, councillor development and commercial activity, Sharon and Kash are your key contacts. Kash Haroon, Director, North West Employers
Kash is new to North West Employers having joined from the National Health Service. He worked at Central Manchester Hospitals Foundation Trust where he led on all things culture change, staff engagement, reward and recognition. Prior to that, Kash was Head of OD and Learning at Greater Manchester West Mental Health Foundation Trust where he reinvigorated the apprenticeship team and worked to establish a learning and development facility and a recovery college. Kash also worked as a Principal Organisational Development Officer at Manchester City Council for over six years.
Kash has worked in the arena of culture change and organisational development for over fifteen years in total having graduated with an MSc in Human and Organisational Development from the University of Manchester. He is deeply curious about what makes a team thrive and is an accredited Aston team coach, NLP practitioner, executive coach and mentor.
Sharon has worked at North West Employers for almost four years providing consultancy support on a range of areas including organisational change, performance management, employee engagement and leadership development.
Sharon’s background is a combination of fast-paced, commercial settings in the private sector and over nine years’ experience of working in local government, leading on corporate initiatives to drive individual and organisational performance.
As an Organisational Development professional, she is a qualified MBTI Practitioner, an experienced facilitator and has a real passion for helping people to grow and fulfil their potential. Sharon has over 20 years’ experience of training delivery and working with managers and staff at all levels. An experienced coach, her first-hand experience of leading and managing teams in a large county council ensures her ability to translate management theories into practice.
